the hotel was superior with good location so close to a large garden with big trees and plentiful bird-life, a quiet area, and south africa. enjoyed the location in a nice part of town.

Memorable stay, as always. Deluxe hotel in a practical place. - Fairly quiet with great-sized rooms, rain shower, patio, and fresh clean linen. - Friendly and pleasant staff. - Free wake-up service and ironing available. - A lot of food at breakfast like cereal and fruit.

This place was a great spot to explore the neighborhood, nestled in a quiet area with lots of chirping birds 🐦. the large garden filled with big trees was a beautiful backdrop to unwind and enjoy.

The room at this amazing guest house was absolutely lovely! The sheets were incredibly soft and made for the perfect night's sleep. The location was super convenient for visiting the Battle Fields, especially with the excellent guide Anthony recommended by Craig. The host was so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The secure parking and peaceful neighborhood were a great bonus. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were exceptionally clean and the fresh linen was a treat. The TV selection was good and having a desk to work at was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The rain shower had great temperature and pressure control. We had a jaw-dropping experience and would definitely come back if we took a similar route. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't be disappointed!

I recently stayed at Bellevue Manor in Dundee for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The tranquil surroundings of the large garden with beautiful trees and birdlife made for a relaxing stay. The secure off-street parking gave me peace of mind. Craig, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The en suite bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and the rain shower had great water pressure. I appreciated the good DSTV coverage and having a bar fridge for refreshments. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits, cereals, yogurt, and a delicious freshly prepared cooked meal. The coffee was also very good.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and the location was unbelievably peaceful. The secure parking and crisp, clean linens were a breath of fresh air. The breakfast, especially the fresh fruit, was absolutely fantastic. The room itself was lovely, with a great night's sleep on the amazing sheets. I had an absolutely incredible stay at this guest house! The lush garden with its tall trees and beautiful birds was a sight to behold. And the fact that there was secure off-street parking made me feel at ease. Craig, the host, was so welcoming and attentive, it really made me feel special. The spacious and comfortable en suite bedroom was a dream, especially the rain shower with its incredible water pressure. And let me tell you, the DSTV coverage was on point, I could catch up on all my favorite shows. The bar fridge was also a great addition, as I could keep my drinks nice and cold. Now let's talk about breakfast, it was absolutely mind-blowing! From the fresh fruit, cereals, and yoghurt to the freshly prepared cooked meal, it was all so delicious. And the coffee! It was like a burst of energy in every sip. my stay at this guest house was nothing short of jaw-dropping. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a memorable and amazing experience.
